By configuring an NSpect system with multiple inspection stations, per-machine inspection throughput will improve dramatically as the robot can perform an inspection on one station while the next inspection is being setup on the other station.
Proprietary software enables operators to “teach” the actual shape of the components easily, greatly improving performance and productivity. Multiple processes (air-coupled, water-coupled, Through Transmission Ultrasonic (TTU) and Pulse Echo) can be integrated into the same system. Quick-change tools and automated tool change-over improve system performance and reduce labor content.
